Red Wahoo has a long history with the Victoria Department of Transport. In 2004, Red Wahoo delivered the Port of Melbourne Process Model, an interactive snapshot of the PoM's containerised import and export processes. More recently, Red Wahoo, as part of a consortium led by EDS, was selected to be the business integration analysts to deliver the Port of Melbourne portal, an integration solution designed to enable the information flow between supply chain partners. Process Modeling deliverables, hosted on behalf of DOI

Red Wahoo is proud to host these documents on behalf of the Victorian Department of Transport. It provides access to the Port of Melbourne Supply Chain Model and User Guide, delivered by Red Wahoo. This model was initially published in late 2004. The version below, published in early 2006 includes revisions for both import and export process brought about by recent changes in the Port of Melbourne environment.
