Executive Team

Peter Dalins
Managing Director

Peter Dalins joined Red Wahoo in November 2001 as one of the four founding Directors. Whilst the strategic and business direction of Red Wahoo is decided by the entire senior management group, Peter Dalins is charged with guiding Red Wahoo toward its Vision and Mission as well as overseeing the day to day operations of the company. Peter is highly regarded for his deep knowledge and experience in programme and project management as well his UMM Business Process modelling experience. Peter holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) degree with Honours from Sydney University.

George Polus
Professional Services Director

George Polus leads Red Wahoo’s Professional Services practice, building on more than 20 years of consulting experience with international consulting organizations. George’s area of expertise is project management, particularly strategy formulation and implementation. George is also highly regarded for his depth of SAP experience. George joined Red Wahoo as a founding Director in November 2001. Prior to joining Red Wahoo, George was Director of Professional Services, South Asia Region, for Commerce One, a US based B2B services organization. Before this, George was an Associate Partner with Accenture Australia. George holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) with Distinction degree from RMIT University.

Tim Mortimer
Marketing Director

Tim Mortimer leads Red Wahoo’s Sales and Marketing Division, charged with the mission of spreading the Red Wahoo message. Tim is a founding Director, having joined Red Wahoo in November 2001. Tim also provides SAP project management and leadership skills to clients, having managed a number large scale SAP deployments both within Australia and internationally. Tim studied at Sydney University and holds a Bachelor of Economics degree.

Steve Capell
Technical Director

Steve Capell is Red Wahoo’s Technology Director and as such is responsible for directing the development of the Monteverdi suite of products. Steve is highly regarded both within Australia and internationally for his deep knowledge of web services technology at a strategic, business and technical level. Steve participates in, and leads, a number of OASIS and UN/CEFACT working groups, thereby ensuring that Red Wahoo has visibility of the latest international standards trends for interoperability. Steve joined Red Wahoo as one of the founding Directors and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering) with 1st class honours from Imperial College, London and a Master of Engineering and Business Science from the University of London. 

Harry Moyer
Chief Business Architect

Harry Moyer’s area of specialization is Business Process Modelling. Harry is responsible for architecting client business requirements into e-business process models, using UMM based modelling standards. Through this, Harry also provides strategic input into the development of Red Wahoo’s Monteverdi Suite. Harry holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree (High Honours) from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
