When taking on new people to join in a more technical role, we’ll consider whether you can demonstrate that you have:

  • some general knowledge of interoperability & middleware
  • some knowledge of web services. [Registries & Repositories (UDDI), Messaging standards like WS Reliability & WS-Addressing, WSDL (web services discovery language)]
  • some knowledge of the ebXML standards & web-services stack http://www.oasis-open.org/home/index.php
  • some knowledge of workflow & business process orchestration

When taking on new people to join in a more business consulting role, we’ll consider you can demonstrate that you:

  • have a passion and commitment for outstanding client service.
  • are motivated by the opportunity to learn new skills and are looking gain experience in a variety of industries.
  • have experience in business process design and have worked extensively with Enterprise Applications and understand their role within the enterprise.
  • are focused upon identifying opportunities to simplify and streamline business processes and are able to develop pragmatic and cost effective process automation solutions.

Your experience (technical or business consulting roles):

  • We are open to considering all candidates on their merit. A diverse and interesting background may well be as relevant as someone with very deep and unique skills.
  • You will have some business experience, whether that meant working a cash register during university or having negotiated a better price on your last microwave oven. At the end of day, you must understand our customers business in order to help them succeed.

We think it is highly likely that...
You will be able to demonstrate that you’ve gone out of your way to build yourself into a well rounded candidate. Call them basics or fundamentals, this means:

  • you’ve got the potential to be front of house or client/customer-facing, if only for the odd day or two consulting
  • that you’ve been through the software development life cycle experience more than once (Design, Build, Test, ….)
  • that you’ve travelled
  • that you are team player
  • that you have initiative
  • that you’re self-disciplined and can work with minimal supervision
  • that you’re personally motivated, both at work and away from work
  • that you’re mature and responsible
  • that you’re a professional
  • and that you’ve got good communication skills
